Who we are

Roots For Change UK is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to reducing poverty, expanding access to education, and creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

We work across the North East of England, delivering projects that support children, families, young people and vulnerable adults through education, skills development, wellbeing programmes, community initiatives, employability support, food assistance and social inclusion. Our aim is to help people build brighter, more independent futures by providing practical support and long-term opportunities.

Beyond the UK, we collaborate with partners to deliver international development projects focused on education, clean water, digital inclusion, renewable energy and sustainable community development. We also respond to humanitarian emergencies by providing support where it is needed most, helping communities affected by crises and natural disasters.
